Block Builders

The CCNNA Block Builder program is about NEIGHBORS KNOWING NEIGHBORS! Each Block Captain works with his/her neighbors to make their block a true community where all enjoy greater safety and a better quality of life through mutual friendships. Block captains exchange information with neighbors, participate in block parties and work to improve block security.  A specific goal of CCNNA is that every block has a Block Captain.
