The Denver Mob Tour takes a ride through Denver’s north side. We explore the haunts, homes and crimes scenes of Denver’s Little Italy. From the bootleggers to La Cosa Nostra, you will be blown away at the historical content of this tour.
Our tour begins in front of Gaetanos Restaurant. Gaetanos was owned by the mafia family here in Denver from 1944 to 2005. The tour takes an hour and a half as we drive through North Denver"s Little Italy. We will see 22 sights including haunts, homes and crime scenes of Denver's very own Mafia figures. The tour ends at Gaetano's Restaurant with a tour the basement of Gaetano’s which was used as the head quarters and gambling den of the crime family, and also bugged by the FBI in 1980. You have to take the tour to find out what celebrities visited the restaurant.
Our guide has been an organized crime buff since he was a kid. He started studying the mafia here in the United States in 1985 when he was in college. He found out about the Denver Mafia Family in his twenties driving a limousine part-time. The group he picked up in front of Gaetano's restaurant was the Denver Mafia.
