Cherry Creek North developments coming in 2024
  • Schnitzer West, a Seattle-based real estate firm with multiple projects in the Denver area, announced on Nov. 3 the groundbreaking of 201 Fillmore, a 140,000-square-foot, eight-story office building in Cherry Creek North.
Located at the corner of East Second Avenue and Fillmore Street at the site of a former Men’s Warehouse, the building will have seven office floors and will include ground-floor restaurant space as well as a rooftop terrace. Below ground, 201 Fillmore will have five levels of parking for office and retail users. The website for the building lists Antero Resources and Antero Midstream as tenants.
Doug Zabel, managing partner at Schnitzer West, said 201 Fillmore is the “future of functional, quality and efficient office space and will set the standard for office buildings in the Denver area and beyond,” according to a news release.
The schedule for 201 Fillmore’s completion is currently the third quarter of 2025.
