Bylaws

CCNNA is a Colorado nonprofit corporation registered as a 501(c)(4) organization for tax purposes; it is NOT a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization entitled to provide tax exemptions for donations.  CCNNA functions according to the Colorado statutes governing nonprofit corporations, the Articles of CCNNA which may be found on the Colorado Secretary of State website and the Bylaws.
