The hottest ticket in Cherry Creek North is our own Sip & Savor featuring hors d’oeuvres and wine from local vendors at a stunning venue—the rooftop deck of our sponsor, Room & Board. We will celebrate our neighborhood community while raising money for our 2026 charities, Urban Peak and the Cherry Creek Branch Library. This is all made possible by the generosity of our sponsors, the hard work of CCNNA volunteers, and the support of Cherry Creek North residents.

• Urban Peak is the only program in Denver providing a full range of services for youth (ages 15 to 25) experiencing homelessness. Their goal is to empower these young people to become self-sufficient adults by providing them with essential services and a supportive community. 
• Our local branch library is a central element of our neighborhood and in serious need of renovations. Donations will go toward improvements to the public spaces to make them more attractive and usable. 
• Charity Navigator gives both charities a 100% rating for financial accountability.  
• Monetary gifts to Urban Peak qualify for the Homeless Contribution Tax Credit—25% of the donation amount.

Tickets are $75 and open to CCNNA current paid members (each member may purchase up to 2 tickets).
